Required Experience
- Proven leader and demonstration of superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills, evidenced by successfully building, motivating, and managing high-performance teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

- Must keep safety as priority number one and is responsible for job wide safety of onsite workers
- Assist estimating in Prebid, and Bid Phase; Client Development, Bid Walks, Resource Planning, Bid Support, Takeoffs, resource planning
- Work with management on construction projects from start to finish, using a pre-planning guide to start each project
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot and identify problems to avoid delays, and assist personnel as needed
- Collaborate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, site personnel, and client representatives in developing and maintaining projects
- Assist with the overall day-to-day supervision and construction management of field related construction activities for one or several projects at a time
- Assist in the creation of and manage subcontracts and purchase orders per the Company Guidelines, and ensures all documents are completed and signed, including vendor set up and invoice reconciliation/management on a project level
- Review engineering specifications covering complex and diverse engineering designs or changes
- Update project schedules, budgets, cost and reporting
- Notify supervisor and address potential safety hazards in a timely fashion
- Be professional and courteous in dealings with customers and/or vendors
- Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request, including but not limited to, BBP, Onsite Orientations, First Aid, CPR, Annual OSHA Training, PEC, H2S, AED, Reasonable Suspicion, Operator Evaluation and/or Operator Qualification
